Pierre Farel was born in the city of Orange in the Provence region of France. A Graduate of the Avignon School of Fine Arts, he now resides and paints year round on the island of Corsica. Art is without borders however and Pierre Farel exhibits throughout the world, Paris, Barcelona, Portland, New-York and Pekin. Numerous publications have been edited about his work, including a remarkable artist's book (available). Farel likes to paint festive ambiances and the world of jazz, but also intimate moments in the lives of individuals and couples whose sensual tans count his extensive travels and beautiful encounters. . |
