French artist born in Bourg-en-Bresse in 1959. Graduate of the Grenoble School of Architecture. Lives and works in France. One of the finest artists of the current Provence school of painting, with genius and a rare drawing technique. Multiple awards and international galleries. Oil and pastel medium. Charcoal drawings. Landscapes, still lives, portraits and nudes. Philippe Janin is living evidence that authentic self doubt and humility in art can lead to the finest creations and highest achievements. |
