French artist born in Lyon in 1946.
Pamphyle has exhibited in France and abroad since 1984. His art focuses on a skilled application of colors and matter on canvas. The paint is spread alternating serene and rugged surfaces, flat versus high gloss patinas, to reach the highest effects of matter and light. All colors are the artists's own creations, made from all-natural pigments.
This meditative and contemplative approach is an invitation to the public to dream.
